Two showings of “Courageous” this weekend! (February 11 & 12) 7:15pm Saturday and 6pm on Sunday (Plus, if you’d like to gather for soup and sandwich supper just ahead of it…..but you’ll need to sign up for soup and bring along sandwiches J ) No cost for either showing!

Men’s Breakfast….Feb 11 with Brian Jobb as our featured guest speaker and the ladies invited too! (Valentines Day!) 9:00 am to 10:15…..plan to join in!
Sunday Gathering at 10:30…..we’ll focus together on the celebration of Communion ….God’s Power, God’s presence and God’s Perspective! I’ll be preaching with Doug Morrison assisting in leading the service. Emily Morrison on the Pipe organ and Art Hill and music team assisting in music. Ed teNyenhuis and Denise Sanderson on sound and media and Steve Lorenowich on security. Nursery will be staffed by Marlene Mahony and Katelyn Zantingh. Children’s classes will taught by Ann Roberts, Jennifer Zantingh, Stan Davis and Katie Davis.
February 18th (third Saturday) at 10 am The Ladies will host a lovely potluck breakfast.
This months event is to be held at the home of Carol Chalmers, who resides at 31 Carrington Place in Guelph.
No sign up required, bring your favourite breakfast item to share with all. We will be looking at the next instalment of "Magnificent Obsession", called "Let Everything Go"
Our Administrative Leadership Team of Elders and Deacons and families will be assisting in serving supper here at the Life centre Saturday evening Feb 11 along with Three Willows Church. Details and financial assistance for the supper….talk to Iris Kelly irisakelly@gmail.com

Lots of things to pray about…Daniel Stoneburgh had major dental surgery this week…recouperating well. Pastor Kevin continues to struggle with a herniated disc in his back. Lorraine Norland’s grandmother passed away.(She loved to visit Royal City when health permitted!) Several friends face lay offs due to plant closures. Church Finances continue to be tight. (But our heads are above water! J ) Movie nights this weekend…impact and fun. Several special ‘unspoken’ requests from friends concerning job pressures and inter-personal stuff. Our dear friends at Lakeside Community Church continue to move forward in their plans for Hope House here in downtown Guelph.
